The file created by USATOTXT from "USA TODAY: THE '90, VOLUME ONE" is so huge
that many text editors/word processors can't open successfully. This program
will split the file into small files named by the date in the articles.


USAGE:
C:\>WatchOut H:\USATODAY.TXT G:\USATODAY\
1st File: This Program
2nd File: Data File Created by USATOTXT(Obligatory)
3rd File: Output directory(optional)
The name of directory must be ended with \
