Text formatter written in Emacs Lisp

`ep' is a simple text formatter written in Emacs Lisp. Runs on almost any implementation of GNU Emacs.
All formatting parameters can be written in `Local Variables' section, and default parameters can be
stored in a file ~/.ep.

`ep' is capable of printing `pr' sort of header, line number (every \(five\)* lines), paragraph filling, and
inserting printer control sequence.

Fax/PS converting utility `fax.el' and `face' display supporting file `ep-19.el' for V19 Emacs are included.
Currently, only `sample.txt' (sort-of tutorial) and a `minimal' document `VARIABLES' (plus all DOC
strings in ep.el) are in English.
