Welcome to my OS/2 Library. Here are many software packages for OS/2.

GNU wget 1.7-1 (with .SUBJECT support)

• A network utility to retrieve files using HTTP and FTP.
• This copy of GNU wget has been improved to keep the .SUBJECT extended attribute to be an URL showing where the file came from.
• Including showsubj.cmd (version 1.00) that was coded by me.
• Compiled for support i18n (Req. GNU gettext ported by Hung-Chi Chu)

MP3Info 0.8.4

• MP3 technical info viewer and ID3 tag editor.
• This copy of the MP3info runs only in plain command-line.
  • A gui version which requires the GTK libraries has not been ported.

• Pager with WWW capability.
• Can be used as a text-mode WWW browser.
• Can handle tables and frames.
• Can be used on VIO sessions and on terminal emulators like xterm, rxvt, etc...

• This program lists the Windows' long file names, and it runs on DOS.
• And on the OS/2 environments, you can set long file name to .LONGNAME extended attribute of your selected file(s). You can see Windows' long file name from the work place shell of the OS/2 3.0 or later.
• Supporting the US-ASCII character set and the Shift_JIS character set.

mp3_check 1.98-2

• Identify in explicit detail mp3s that do not correctly follow the mp3 format.
• Also look for invalid frame headers, missing frames, etc. This can be especially important when building an archive, and you want quality mp3s.

• A programmer's utility that recognizes different ways of naming ASCII characters (hex, octal, binary, decimal, C escape, ISO character table pair, slang names, and others) and prints out all equivalent aliases.
